Facility Assessment Resource Hub
The Facility Assessment Resource Hub is designed for facilities where youth are detained. The assessment process is part of ensuring local facilities reflect evolving best practices in the field and continuously improve their policies, procedures, and practices.
The hub brings together the following three tools for the ease of the assessment team leader and team members: the 2024 Facility Standards, Assessment Team Training, and the Facility Assessment App.

Register a New Assessment
Register your detention center assessment, and you will receive an email confirmation with additional instructions.
Add Assessment Team Members
Enter the team members participating in the assessment and they will receive confirmation and login instructions.

Reporting and Data Analysis
Users authorized by their Team Leader can access the reporting results for your Facility Assessment. This includes reviewing the work of the Assessment Team, including notes, and summary data and graphs of the results.
Sample Facility Improvement Report
Upon completing the facility assessment, the assessment team will produce a Facility Improvement Report. Below is a sample report.
